Who are the devastators?Devastators is the name of the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team, 2950. Team members attend Harmony School of Innovation in Waco, TX. Current members are normally 9th-12th graders and the members come from a wide variety of backgrounds. In addition to school members, our alumni are always considered lifetime members and are always seen as part of the family. We develop as we work on tasks centered around developing our STEM skills. These skills are worked on thoroughly.

historyThe team began in 2009 at Harmony Science Academy in Waco, TX. In 2017, HSA split into 2 schools - HSA became the elementary campus and HSI became the high school campus.
Our team has competed every year since then, except 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. We have competed in Waco, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Oklahoma City, and St. Louis. We have competed in the FRC World Championships twice, 2015 and 2017. We have had 1 Dean's List finalist, Marcos Ibanez, 2 Woody Flowers Finalists, Tiffani Cortez and Jessenia Ruiz, and won 2nd place alliance in Dallas in 2012.
